Refund and Returns Policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days for a refund, replacement or exchange if:
• You have the original till slip
• The item is unused
• The item is in its original, undamaged packaging

Note:

• Refunds will be made using the same method as the original form of payment
• Gift vouchers cannot be refunded
• NO custom / engraved/printed items can be returned.

Note:
Please note that, due to the courier costs on our side, we are unfortunately unable to refund the delivery fee should you choose to
cancel your order or request a refund. You will be held accountable to pay for any courier fees in order to retrieve item/s back to
the shop.
