3. Orders, Prices & Payment

   • All Orders are subject to acceptance by us. We may refuse or cancel any Order for any reason (e.g., out of stock, errors in price or product description).

2. Prices & currency

   • All prices are in South African Rand (ZAR), unless stated otherwise.

   • Prices include applicable VAT (if applicable) unless otherwise indicated.

   • We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but changes will not affect Orders already accepted.

3. Payment methods

5. Customised / Engraved Products

• Customized Items are typically non-returnable (unless defective) — so please check carefully.

6. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

1. Cooling-off (for standard goods)

   • Under South African consumer protection laws (Consumer Protection Act), you may have a right to a cooling-off period for goods — but this does not always apply to custom-made or personalized goods.

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Site, or your infringement of third-party rights.
